By accessing, browsing or otherwise using the site and registering your details with us you (the person using the website under these terms) are agreeing to be legally bound by these terms. Your continued access to and use of this website will mean that you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions and you agree that you have understood these terms.

Prices-All prices of goods are inclusive of delivery and are only available to customers living in the UK.
Availability-All goods are subject to availability. Where stock has run out or goods cannot for some reason be dispatched, we will contact you either by email or telephone to inform you of this. If it is not possible to deliver within 14 days we will not accept that part of your order. Where the goods are part of a larger order, we will process and dispatch the available goods to you in the normal manner in accordance with these sales terms.
Payment must be made by credit/debit card. Payment will be debited from your account before despatch of the goods to you. While we take all reasonable care and use SSL encryption technology, any Internet data transmission bears risks. By placing an order, you agree to payment being charged to your debit/credit card account or electronic payment account as provided on the order form before the shipment of the Goods.
All item prices shown on the website include 20% VAT.

Occasionally we may run offers and promotions by way of discount codes. All promotions are non-transferable and are subject to availability. Specified expiry times are final. Discount codes are valid for one use per order and no cash alternative will be offered. 9.Delivery
We offer Royal Mail Tracked 48 service delivery to almost anywhere in the UK. Any dates quoted for delivery of the goods are indicative only and we cannot guarantee the delivery by the specified date. Delivery of the Goods will be agreed between us and you during the checkout process, which may be an address other than the billing address. As soon as we receive your payment and your order is delivered, you become responsible for damage to or loss of the goods.
We offer delivery to anywhere in the United Kingdom, and the Channel Islands. No orders are accepted outside the UK.
10.Refunds
You have fourteen days upon receiving the goods to cancel your order. Where you exercise your statutory right to cancel, we will fully refund the price paid for the goods minus the costs that we have incurred for delivery. In the unfortunate and unlikely event of a price and/or description error of a product, we may cancel and refund your order.
You are entitled to cancel your order at any time prior to receiving the Order Confirmation. This can be placed by filling in the Contact Us section of the website. If your order has already been despatched and you wish to cancel you will receive a refund once the order has been returned. You are responsible for the cost of returning any items to us. Your parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us, so we recommend using Registered Post. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels that get lost on the way to us.
To exercise this statutory right to cancel and return the Goods, you must inform us of your decision to cancel by a clear written statement (“Notification of Cancellation”) and place this in the return parcel. After providing a Notification of Cancellation, you should send the Goods back to us in the original packaging with a copy of your invoice without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which you communicate your Notification of Cancellation to us. You will bear the direct cost of returning the Goods. We will provide a full refund on the price paid for the Goods less the cost of delivery. We reserve the right to refuse to refund if the kit has been stitched or does arrive at our destination with parts missing.
